    冷冻千层酥皮就是其中一种我相当喜欢的即用食材,不过这是油脂较高的食品。快手炒个蘑菇馅,裹进酥皮内,不一会儿就可看到金黄色的蘑菇芝士酥皮卷出炉。

    Step 1

    镬内热油,爆香蒜茸和洋葱,加入蘑菇片炒至软化。Heat oil in wok, saute chopped garlic, onion till fragrant, add in mushrooms, stir fy till soften.

    Step 2

    加入牛油、胡椒粉和海盐炒匀,离火待凉后,加入mozzarella芝士混合均匀,备用。Add in butter, pepper and sea salt, stir to combine. Off heat, let cool and add in mozzarella cheese.

    Step 3

    将酥皮切成2片,即是宽5"x高10",舀1匙的芝士蘑菇馅放在酥皮上,卷起在接合处涂上蛋液黏紧,再切成一半。Cut pastry in 2 (5"x10"), split the mushroom filling on top, roll tightly and brush with egg wash at the end, cut into 2.

    Step 4

    将整个酥皮卷都涂抹蛋液,放入预热至200℃的烤箱,烤约18-20分钟至酥皮呈金黄色,取出,撒上香草碎即可。Generously brush with egg wash on the surface, place into pre-heat @ 200℃ oven, bake for 18-20minutes till golden brown. Spinkle with some chopped parsley when serve.
